By using any Edvanta product — including the School Management Platform, WizLingo, or Edvanta Setu — you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products and services operated by Edvanta Solutions LLP ("Edvanta", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
These Terms apply to:
School accounts: Schools must be registered educational institutions. The person creating an account on behalf of a school represents that they have authority to bind the school to these Terms.
Student accounts (Setu): Setu is available to students from Class 9 onwards. Students under 18 must have parental awareness of their account. Parents may contact us to review or manage their child's account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Data ownership: Schools own all data entered into the Edvanta platform. Edvanta processes this data only to provide the service. We do not claim any ownership over your school's data.
Acceptable use: You agree to use the platform only for legitimate school management purposes. You must not use the platform to store data unrelated to school operations or to access data belonging to other schools.
Subscription: Access to the Edvanta platform is provided on a subscription basis. Pricing is agreed on your demo call and confirmed in your subscription agreement. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price changes.
Data on termination: Upon termination of your subscription, you may request a full export of your school's data within 30 days. After 30 days, data will be retained for 2 years in accordance with our Privacy Policy and then deleted.
Subscription tiers: Setu is available on Free, Pro, and Pro+ tiers as described on our pricing page. Pricing is stated in Indian Rupees and is inclusive of applicable taxes.
Early access pricing: Early access Pro pricing (₹499/month) is available to the first 1,000 waitlist subscribers and is locked for life as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If you cancel and re-subscribe, the early access price may no longer apply.
Payments: Subscription payments are processed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds.
AI-generated content: Setu uses AI to generate explanations, study plans, and feedback. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Students should verify important information with their teachers or official study materials before exams.
Human sessions (Pro+): Live Expert Clinic and Masterclass sessions are conducted by freelance experts (IIT/NIT alumni for JEE; AIIMS/MBBS graduates for NEET). Sessions are scheduled in advance; missed sessions are not refunded but may be rescheduled where available.
WizLingo is an AI-powered reading and speaking practice tool for schools. It is available as part of the Growth and Enterprise plans, or as a standalone add-on. Usage is subject to fair use — schools must not attempt to use WizLingo for commercial purposes outside their own student population.
Audio recordings made during WizLingo sessions are processed solely for fluency scoring and are not stored beyond the session. Teachers can view fluency scores and progress data but cannot access audio recordings after a session ends.
All content, software, AI models, and platform design are the intellectual property of Edvanta Solutions LLP. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
Content you upload to our platforms (school data, student work, etc.) remains your property. You grant Edvanta a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the service.

We target 99.5% uptime for all paid plans. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding 4 hours in a calendar month, you are entitled to a pro-rata credit on your next billing period.
We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Edvanta's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost data, lost revenue, or academic outcomes. The Setu platform is a preparation aid — exam results depend on many factors outside our control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
