We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Where your data is stored

All data is stored on servers located in India (AWS ap-south-1, Mumbai region). Student and school data never leaves India. We do not transfer personal data to servers outside Indian jurisdiction without explicit consent.

Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Database access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Edvanta processes data of students including minors under 18. This processing is done under contract with the school, which acts as the responsible institution. Schools are required to obtain appropriate consent from parents or guardians before enrolling students on the platform. Setu accounts for students under 18 require parental awareness — parents receive weekly progress reports and can contact us to manage or delete their child's data at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active users via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
